Attend and complete a courteous 90 minutes resort sales presentation.
Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States or Canada (except the province of Quebec).
Married or living together couples (matching ID addresses required), where at least one of the participants is 30 to 65 years old and both of them must attend the sales presentation together. Single women from USA and Canada from 35 to 60 years old.

In the event ResortsDiscounts.com is informed by the hotel/resort developer that your selected travel dates are unavailable, ResortsDiscounts.com reserves the right to offer different accommodations of equal or greater value if available or you will receive a full refund of the total amount paid to ResortsDiscounts.com except additional fees incurred for previous reservation modifications.
The purchaser of this promotional package agrees to maintain Sandos Resorts, Royal Elite Vacation Club and ResortsDiscounts.com webpage harmless in respect of any matter relating to the use of or entitlement of the promoted packages including, but not limited to, uncontrollable events such as bad weather, illness, and death or injury, and shall not be entitled to make any claim or demand for any other remedy including compensation or damages.
Cancellation and re-scheduling policy
RESCHEDULING
1.- If you call us at least 5 business days before the date of arrival, your vacation can be rescheduled for $25 USD. If your reservation is re-scheduled less than 5 business days before your arrival date, the cancellation policy will apply. (Please read below).

- Your name
- Your reservation number
- The original dates of arrival and departure

CANCELLATION POLICY
1.- You can cancel at no cost if you do it 24 hours after scheduling your trip, if your reservation has not been confirmed. If your reservation is done with 5 business days or less before the date of you arrival, the clause 3 of this cancellation politics will apply.
2.-If you cancel your vacation after the 24-hour period and/or if your reservation is already confirmed, there will be a charge of $79 USD. The remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card. The $79 USD charge can be applied towards your next ResortsDiscounts.com reservation.
3.- If you cancel your reservation less than 5 business days before the date of your arrival, you will be charged $150 USD. The remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card. The cancellation period of 5 business days supersedes any provision within this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
4.- We can only process cancellations by phone. E-mails are not an acceptable form of cancellation.
5.- No refunds will be given if you don`t show up at the hotel, early check-outs or unused nights.
